Who knew? We did.
Yesterday, October 31st, is a day to live in infamy. Chipotle was giving out free burritos yesterday if you came dressed as a burrito. Yes, it’s true. Therefore, we raided three different Chipotle’s on the north side of Indy within an hour donning tin foil hats, glasses, bibs, and masks in the finest fashion. And yes… three visits means three burritos. What am I having for dinner today you ask… well a Chipotle burrito of course… Have to… It was free.
Sorry you missed out.
Blessings.

The theme for Club and Student Leaders for this week was this question: What does your billboard say?
A billboard is simply a form of advertisement. It projects a message to those who read it. It conveys an idea… it persuades… and it raises awareness… its a powerful form of advertisement.
The way we act, speak, respond, how we dress, the way we treat others, spend our money and time… all convey a message of who we are. These aspects begin to define our existence.
So the question I pose to you and myself is this: Is the message we are advertising an accurate representation of 1.) who we want to be and 2.) Christ and his Kingdom?
Blessings.

my name is abe. i’ve had a safe and secure life. on a journey of discovering who i serve. i believe there’s purpose in life. i love thunderstorms, bon fires, and ice cream. i’m cynical and apathetic. i care too much about what people think of me and too little about what matters. i love my family. i have been blessed with great friends. i feel like i take more in relationships then i give. i love rafting. i have a severe weakness for looking up cheap plane tickets online. i am prideful. i am blessed.
